NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Camas, in accordance with CMC 18.55.270(E) and RCW 58.17.215, is considering a request to alter the Cooper’s Glen Subdivision plat.
The proposed alteration would be to reconfigure the subdivision from ten lots to nine lots. None of the ten lots have been built on, nor does the project site have its public improvements installed (i.e. utilities and frontage improvements). The applicant does have engineering approval for its recorded layout and can move forward with development today. However, the applicant would like to reconfigure the lots, making them more harmonious with the surrounding developments, and having more workable building footprints.
Location: Cooper’s Glen Subdivision is generally located on the west side of NW Ilwaco Street, south of NW McIntosh Road. The location is also described as tax parcel numbers 127355-001 through 127355-013, located in the Southeast quarter, Section 9, Township 1North, Range 3 East, of the Willamette Meridian.
Public Hearing: This notice is being provided consistent with RCW 58.17.215. The City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter to consider this request. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located at 616 NE Fourth Avenue, Camas, Washington.
